Speaker Invites Independent Restaurant Owners to Learn How to Achieve Success

Restaurant expert presents restaurant success strategies at America’s Food and Beverage Show

(Phoenix, Ariz.) Thousands of restaurant owners will trek through the upcoming America’s Food and Beverage Show in Miami Beach Oct. 28 -29, looking for solutions to problems in all areas of their restaurants, but one man argues they should look no further than their operations. Featured speaker David Scott Peters invites restaurant owners off the trade show floor to learn solutions to their operational issues.

Peters, a speaker, coach and trainer helping independent restaurant owners, is scheduled to lead four education sessions to teach attendees how to cut costs and increase sales to be more profitable and to better compete against the big chain restaurants.

The educational event will take place at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The event is popular for the trade show floor and the new products featured by exhibitors. But it’s also an opportunity for restaurant owners to gain valuable tips and information to run a successful restaurant.

“Food costs increase every year and restaurant owners find themselves with smaller and smaller profits, if they had any to begin with,” said Peters. “Independent restaurant owners can find profits in their restaurants if they use systems, just like the chain restaurants do. Systems create consistency and efficiency, just what restaurant owners need to be successful.”

At the show in Miami Beach, David will present the following education sessions:

  • Monday, Oct. 28 from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. — The Magic Number All Restaurant Owners MUST Know
  • Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 10 to 11 a.m. — How to Design a Menu that Puts Money in Your Pocket
