Liquor falls into one of five pricing tiers

When determining pricing for your restaurant bar offerings, keep in mind, there are four standard pricing tiers and a fifth specialty tier:
4. Super Premium
5. Top Shelf
The first four tiers are used for standard pricing. Bottles of liquor are priced all over the board, but many are similar and we can charge the same drinks price for them when poured, while still making money.
