Sorry I haven’t kept up with my Blog this month. There has been so much going on here, it’s been truly exciting! And I’ve found it difficult to keep up.

Here are a couple of things I want to make sure you’re aware of…

Employee Training System

Earlier this month we launched our Newest Out-Of-The-Box Restaurant System called “FULL SERVICE Restaurant Position Manuals and Employee Training Templates.”

The reaction from everyone has been overwhelmingly positive. In fact, I challenged one restaurant owner after he purchased the product. I told him that he would be so happy he made the investment that he would call after he got it in the mail to tell me how right I was.

I didn’t even give him the chance! I called him the day after he received his 12 pound box. You know what? He agreed and talked about how excited he was because he’s created manuals and systems over the past 15 years of running his restaurant, but none of it flowed as well as this system does.

He not only thanked me for making his biggest project for 2007 a breeze, but also because he had on his to-do list a safety training program for his staff and the FULL SERVICE system already had that inside.

Look, the first 25 people get this new system at a very low introductory price. After that, the price is going to go way up. Get rid of your employee headaches due to poorly performing staff and take a look at this system. You’ll call me and thank me…I mean it.

Member Site

While I may not have been blogging much this month, I have been very busy working on enhancements to the member site. In fact you can now download the audio resources, and by the end of the week I will add marketing templates, restaurant forms and fully customizable newsletters for both your employees and customers. There is something there for everyone.
