You’re probably wondering why you haven’t heard from me in a couple of weeks. The reason is I’ve been extremely busy!

Restaurant Systems Workshop

September 25 – 28, 2006, 65 restaurant operators just like you from all over North America came to Las Vegas, NV to attend my four day restaurant SMART Systems workshop and learn how to find every pocket of profit in their restaurants.

The workshop was a huge success. In fact, the reports of success are already coming in. I will keep you posted.

Sexual Harassment in Restaurants

One of the topics I cover in my workshop is that of Sexual Harassment in the restaurant. This is the one topic I cover that literally takes all the fun out of running a restaurant.

But the truth is, as I tell my attendees, it’s not a matter of if but rather a matter of when you get sued for sexual harassment in your restaurant.

Think it can’t happen to you? Think again. Heck, just two days after returning from Las Vegas I got a frantic phone call from an attendee who came home to a sexual harassment claim. If it weren’t for the fact she had just sat through listening to me cover this topic, the situation could have cost her thousands upon thousands of dollars.

This is why in the next few weeks I will be rushing to market a new product called “I Can Be Sued For That?” This product will help you prevent and handle sexual harassment claims.

It will include a DVD entitled “Preventing Unwelcome Conduct and What to Do When It Happens” filmed at one of my past workshops, an audio interview CD with Lindsay Jones, ESQ. entitled, “Understanding the Law and Your Responsibilities” and a CD ROM and companion manual complete with training, policy and procedure templates written by Lindsay. Manuals and Training Templates

At the workshop I unveiled the most incredible new training product I’ve ever seen for line employees…and I’ve seen a lot of them.

I teamed up with Tracy Yandow of The Manual Solution to bring you the most complete restaurant position manuals, complete with training templates. Its called “FULL SERVICE” Restaurant Position Manuals and Training Templates.

This product is simply incredible! I have given a copy of the program to all of my Elite Members and let them know that if you were to have this project completed for your restaurant alone it would cost you well over $10,000. In fact, one member said to me that he paid a consulting group ten grand ten years ago and it wasn’t anywhere near as complete and easy to use as this system.

The system covers Servers, Hosts, Bussers, Runners, Expos, Bartenders, Cooks and Dishwashers. It comes complete with a Trainers Guide that anyone can easily follow and implement the system.

This product will be offered hopefully by the end of the month. It will be offered at an introductory price of $1897 for a limited time. Soon after the price will be going up!

New Coaching Software

Any day now I will be releasing in conjunction with my software developers incredibly powerful web-based coaching software. I had it developed so I could work more effectively with my Elite Members.

But a funny thing happened on the way to market. The software developers feel in love with this product and asked if they could partner with me and sell it to people who need to motivate and keep tracking of peoples progress.

I could resist. So what paid literally thousands of dollars for, you will be able to get for about 50 bucks a month.

This software will give you the ability to manage and develop your current management team.

As you know I’m not a marketing expert. I’m a restaurant systems expert.
