Barbara J. Nickels-Smith, Accounting Services – Barb joined Restaurant Systems Pro in 2020 and she came on board as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.  She began waiting tables at the age of 15 in a small town in Illinois and continued waitressing for 25 years. She moved to Wyoming in 1988, and met her husband, Kelly, while waitressing at Little America. She went to Western Wyoming Community College and graduated with an AAS degree in Office Information Systems with Legal Secretary Emphasis.  She started working for a small law firm in Green River, Wyoming and was a Paralegal for 20 years. This is where she acquired her bookkeeping skills.
